Massachusetts Wedding Ceremonies & Vow Renewals by Nathan Everett
Welcome! You’ve reached the home of Nathan Everett aka The Alt Officiant, a Worcester, Massachusetts-based wedding officiant.
I’ve been performing ceremonies since 2015. I specialize in custom-written, personal, meaningful, and positive ceremonies that are typically non-traditional and non-religious (but the inclusion of religious or traditional elements is always welcome).
I’ve married many couples in Massachusetts and greater New England. I take time to get to know every couple, typically through in-person meetings or Skype video chats. I find inspiration in your journey and dig deep to understand why you love each other, how you’ve shaped one another, and what your future holds.
I am an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church, a non-denominational institution that is accepting of all. Also, I am Dudeist Priest through The Church of Latter Day Dude aka Dudeism, because I believe in this hectic and chaotic world we should just all take it easy, man.
I will write and perform a custom-written, meaningful, memorable, positive ceremony for your special day that tells your story. You’ll have options and flexibility and we’ll edit the ceremony until you’re 100% happy - even if it’s up until the day of your wedding!
See For Yourself
Lover of Love
I am here to spread joy and happiness by writing and performing custom wedding ceremonies and vow renewals for everyone and anyone. The first wedding I officiated was for my brother-in-law, and since then, I've married couples across Massachusetts and greater New England. I'm a proud husband, father, and wrangler of two Boston Terriers. I work in marketing and technology and have an MBA. Officiating weddings has sparked my creativity and passion for celebrating one of the most special times in a couples journey.
